4 held in UP for trying to build 'Mujahideen Army' to topple govt
Uttar Pradesh's Anti-Terrorism Squad arrested four men who were allegedly conspiring to form "Mujahideen Army" to overthrow Indian government through "violent jihad" and by imposing Sharia law. They were influenced by radical Pakistani organisations and were active on social media groups to spread extremist ideology. The men were allegedly plotting to kill prominent non-Muslim religious leaders.
