77-year-old beats chest wall cancer at Mumbai's Wockhardt Hospital
A 77-year-old man with high-grade sarcoma underwent a complex chest wall surgery at Wockhardt Hospitals, Mumbai. Despite diabetes, hypertension, and a past heart stent, doctors removed three ribs and reconstructed his chest using mesh and muscle flap. He recovered well and was discharged on Day 9, cancer-free and smiling.
