87-year-old Sikh dies after collision with road-sweeper in UK
Joginder Singh, an 87-year-old member of Leicester’s Sikh community, died after being struck by a city council road sweeper near Guru Nanak Gurdwara in Holy Bones. He was rushed to a hospital but passed away hours later. Police arrested a 63-year-old man on suspicion of causing death by careless driving and are investigating how the collision occurred.
