90% chance that a black hole could explode this decade: Research
UMass Amherst physicists have stated there's a 90% chance that a black hole might explode within the next 10 years. Standard black holes have no charge, but primordial black holes with small dark electric charge could be temporarily stabilised before exploding. Their data suggested black hole explosions may occur once a decade, not once every 1,00,000 years, as previously believed.
