Airbus CEO issues 1st statement as recall of 6,000 jets causes disruption globally
Airbus CEO Guillaume Faury released his first statement after recall of 6,000 A320 planes caused global disruption on Saturday. While apologising to customers and passengers, Faury wrote, "But we consider that nothing is more important than safety when people fly on one of our Airbus Aircraft- like millions do every day."
