Alcaraz beats Sinner in longest French Open final in history, wins his 5th Grand Slam title
World number two Carlos Alcaraz defeated world number one Jannik Sinner in the longest final in French Open history. He won French Open 2025 final with scoreline of 4-6, 6-7(4-7), 6-4, 7-6(7-3), 7-6(10-2) in 5 hours and 29 minutes. With his second straight French Open title, the 22-year-old became the third-youngest male tennis player to win five Grand Slam titles.
