American proposal for ceasefire worst so far: Sudan's army chief
Sudanese army chief Abdel Fattah al-Burhan criticised the US-led 'Quad' group's ceasefire proposal between the Saudi Armed Forces (SAF) led by al-Burhan and the Rapid Support Forces (RSF). Calling it the "worst" proposal so far, al-Burhan said that it was unacceptable to the government. He accused Massad Boulos, the US envoy for Africa, of parroting RSF’s talking points.
