Bollywood's megastar Amitabh Bachchan was reportedly offered an important role in Housefull 5, but he politely rejected it. The character that was offered to Big B was of a senior cop, which is now played by Nana Patekar in the film. Housefull 5 was also offered to Anil Kapoor, but even he had rejected the film.
