Arafat's nephew returns to West Bank with plan for post-war Gaza
Nasser al-Qudwa, nephew of the late Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat, has returned to the West Bank after four years in self-exile with a plan for post-war Gaza. He proposed that Hamas transform into a political party, relinquish administrative control and disarm under a new Palestinian governing council, aiming to restore public trust and fight corruption.
