Atishi Singh will be the new Delhi CM, reports said, adding that Arvind Kejriwal proposed her name in a meeting of AAP MLAs at his residence. Kejriwal announced his resignation on September 15 and called for early elections in Delhi, days after he was granted bail in liquor policy scam. He'll formally tender his resignation to Governor VK Saxena today.
