Bajaj Housing Finance shares hit 52-week low amid 2% stake sale
Bajaj Housing Finance shares dropped 9% to hit their 52-week low of ₹94.90 on BSE on Tuesday. This comes after several reports claimed that company’s promoter, Bajaj Finance, in a block deal, likely sold a 2.35% equity at a floor price of ₹95 per share. Earlier, Bajaj Finance announced stake sale plans to comply with the minimum public shareholding norms.
