With Punjab and Haryana High Court taking note of allegations that Jarnail Singh Bajwa was 'wandering freely', the Bench made PGIMER a party to the ongoing litigation through its director. "This court is not convinced with state reply as it has failed to mention upon whose recommendation Bajwa visited PGI, Chandigarh, while being admitted to Ropar Hospital," Justice Moudgil said.
