A Reddit user has claimed that she received a cake from Creme Castle on which the bakery had mistakenly written: "Mummy with frosting". "The customer service is so bad," the woman captioned the post. She also shared pictures of the cake, receipt and her conversation with the bakery. which showed she had requested, "Add 'happy birthday mummy' text with frosting."
