Balloons carrying packs of black-market cigarettes shut Lithuania airport
Balloons carrying thousands of packs of black-market cigarettes disrupted flights at Lithuania's Vilnius Airport. The airport was forced to close for hours as dozens of balloons floated into the country's airspace. At least 11 balloons carrying 18,000 packs of cigarettes have since been recovered, Lithuania's State Border Guard Service said, adding that this number could rise.
