Bengaluru Police bust China-Pakistan linked call centre
Bengaluru police raided Cybits Solution in HSR Layout, arresting 16 for running a "digital arrest" scam linked to an international syndicate from China and Pakistan. Victims were threatened with fake legal cases and coerced into transferring funds. Investigations continue to trace other centres and the absconding owner. Evidence, including laptops and databases was seized.
