Election Commission said nearly 47% of forms for Bihar’s Special Intensive Revision (SIR) have been collected in 14 days. Out of nearly 7.9 crore voters in Bihar, 3.7 crore forms were submitted as of Tuesday. EC said the exercise may finish before deadline. Forms can be submitted till July 25, and draft voter list will be out on August 1.
