Billionaire real estate investor Sam Zell, who called himself 'the Grave Dancer' for his bets on distressed assets, has died aged 81 due to complications from a recent illness. As per Forbes, his net worth was $5.2 billion. In 2007, Zell sold Equity Office Properties to Blackstone for $39 billion in one of the largest real estate deals ever.
