Bitcoin marks its first ever monthly loss in 7 years
The world's largest cryptocurrency Bitcoin recorded its first-ever monthly loss in seven years in October as it saw its value dip by nearly 5%. October also saw largest crypto liquidation in history after US President Donald Trump announced 100% tariffs on Chinese imports. Bitcoin fell to $104,782.88 during the October 10-11 period, days after reaching a record high of $126,000.
