BJP, NCP(SP) supporters clash in Maha Assembly, MLA says 'I was called dog, pig'
A clash broke out between the supporters of BJP MLA Gopichand Padalkar and NCP (SP) MLA Jitendra Awhad in the lobby of the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly on Thursday. A video of the two groups fighting and later being separated by security personnel has surfaced online. "I was abused, threatened with death. Abusive words like dog, pig were used," Awhad said.
