BJP may get its 1st woman President; Nirmala Sitharaman among frontrunners: Reports
As the current chief JP Nadda's extended tenure has ended in June, the BJP is looking to appoint a new President and reports claim that a female politician may lead the party for the first time. Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman is among the frontrunners for the post. Other reported names being considered are D Purandeswari and Vanathi Srinivasan.
