BJP responds to Sonia calling Great Nicobar project a 'misadventure'
After Sonia Gandhi called the Great Nicobar project a "misadventure", BJP spokesperson Anil K Antony responded, "Over a decade later, on what basis, and on whose behalf, do you, your family, and your party...consider a project of such...national security importance...a misadventure?" Antony called the islands critical for India's naval capabilities, power projection, and operations in the Indo-Pacific.
