IIT-Madras Director Kamakoti Veezhinathan reacted to H-1B visa fee hike and said that he views it as a blessing in disguise. Stating that we must thank Trump for it, he added, "We must take full advantage of this....Students who go from here with aspiration to work there might not go now."
