Boeing reaches interim deal with 3,200 striking defence workers
Boeing has reached a tentative deal with the union representing 3,200 striking workers who build military aircraft and equipment in US' St. Louis area. It has proposed a new five-year accord which improves wages by a 45% raise, as the aerospace manufacturer seeks to end the four-week-long strike. Workers were protesting for Boeing's offer over pay, work schedules and pensions.
