BYJU'S defaulted on $1.2 bn loan, rules Delaware Supreme Court
The Delaware Supreme Court has upheld a ruling that found BYJU'S in default of a $1.2 billion loan. The ruling allows BYJU'S US-based lenders, represented by Glas Trust LLC, to control BYJU'S Alpha, a subsidiary which was pledged as collateral for the loan. "Byju [Raveendran] has falsely portrayed the default and tried to shift blame," the lenders said.
