Cab driver masturbates while ferrying student to Delhi University campus, arrested
Delhi Police has arrested a cab driver for allegedly masturbating while ferrying a female post-graduate student to Delhi University campus. The accused, identified as 48-year-old Lom Shankar, was nabbed from his Malka Ganj residence based on CCTV footage. The student, in her complaint, stated the driver made lewd comments and started masturbating by looking at her from rear-view mirror.
