Can't prove husband was impotent: HC as it rejects woman's ₹90 lakh alimony claim
Telangana High Court dismissed a woman's divorce appeal seeking ₹90-lakh permanent alimony over alleged marriage fraud. The wife was unable to prove that her husband was impotent at time of marriage or that he concealed this, it observed. Wife "can't turn around after five years of marriage" and allege husband is impotent when her "own conduct suggests otherwise", it added.
