Car blast explosives had highly unstable TATP & ammonium nitrate: Lab test
A mixture of ammonium nitrate and triacetone triperoxide (TATP) was used in explosives that led to a blast in a car outside Delhi's Red Fort on November 10, a forensic analysis has revealed. At least 30-40 kg of ammonium nitrate was present in the car, The Indian Express reported on forensic findings. TATP, nicknamed 'mother of satan' is extremely unstable.
