CBSE issues alert on fake NCERT books
CBSE has alerted schools, parents, and students about fake NCERT textbooks being sold at discounted prices, warning that these counterfeits contain printing and content errors that may affect learning. The Board has urged schools to guide parents to buy only authentic books from authorised sources, including NCERT RPDCs, approved vendors, the NCERT portal, and the official Amazon storefront.
