CCTV footage showing the car blast near the Red Fort in Delhi has been accessed by NDTV. According to the footage, the blast that killed at least 12 people took place at 6.50 PM on Monday. In a decision taken during a high-level security review meeting, the investigation into the blast has been handed over to NIA.
