China plotted car crash targeting Taiwan VP on Czech visit: Report
Czech military intelligence revealed that Chinese officials had plotted a car collision targeting Taiwan Vice President Hsiao Bi-khim during her visit to the Czech Republic's Prague, in March 2024, Reuters reported. A driver was reportedly following Hsiao during the visit but was stopped by the police. "The CCP’s unlawful activities won't intimidate me from voicing Taiwan’s interests," Hsiao said.
