College fresher ragged, assaulted, given electric shocks by seniors in Andhra
A case has been filed after a first-year college student was allegedly ragged, assaulted and given electric shocks by a group of seniors at a hostel in Andhra Pradesh. A purported video of the incident shows the accused repeatedly beating the victim as he begs them to stop. All the accused are reportedly second-year students at the college.
