White eggs painted with colour sold as 'desi' eggs in UP
The Food Safety Department in UP's Moradabad has uncovered a fake eggs scam in which white eggs were being coloured and sold as 'desi' eggs. The department raided the factory and found that 10 workers were colouring the eggs. The team seized over one lakh eggs and sealed the entire warehouse with immediate effect.
