Congress criticises govt over Motor Vehicle Aggregator Guidelines
Congress criticised the Modi government over the revised Motor Vehicle Aggregator Guidelines (MVAG) 2025, saying it is acting as "Vasooli bhai". The guidelines have allowed cab aggregators such as Ola and Uber to charge up to twice the base fare during peak hours. Additionally, 10% of the fare, not exceeding ₹100, would be imposed on passengers for cancelling rides unreasonably.
