CPI(M) accuses PM Modi, Shah of communal speeches, seeks EC action
The CPI(M) has accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah of delivering "communal" speeches in Jharkhand, urging the Election Commission to act against them for allegedly breaching the Model Code of Conduct. The party claimed Modi labelled Muslims as "ghuspethias (infiltrators)". "It's condemnable that EC has not taken suo motu notice of such speeches," the party stated.
