Dassault to take control of DRAL with 51% stake
Dassault Aviation is set to increase its shareholding in Dassault Reliance Aerospace Limited (DRAL) from 49% to 51%, gaining majority control of the joint venture. DRAL, based in Nagpur, manufactures components for Rafale fighter jets and Falcon business aircraft. The move signals Dassault’s deeper commitment to India’s defence manufacturing ecosystem under the ‘Make in India’ initiative.
