Deadly for our economy: France's richest man Arnault on proposed 2% tax on ultra-wealthy
France's richest man Bernard Arnault has criticised the proposed 2% tax on the country's ultra-wealthy, calling it an "offensive that is deadly for our economy". The CEO of the world's largest luxury goods company, LVMH, also claimed he was "certainly the largest individual taxpayer" in France. The tax will target wealth above €100 million (approximately $117 million).
