Dr Umar, the suspect of car blast near Red Fort in Delhi, did not follow the usual pattern of a suicide car bombing, ANI reported while quoting government sources. "He neither rammed the car into a target nor collided intentionally," the sources added. The sources also said the exploded bomb wasn't assembled properly or configured for causing maximum damage.
