Delhi Police officials seen laughing with arrested man on bike as he makes video
A video showing an arrested man riding on a bike with two Delhi police officials has surfaced online. The police officials can be seen laughing as the man recorded the video.
"I am Ashish Mann. Two police officials have arrested me in Najafgarh. Please inform my family as soon as possible," the man could be heard saying in the video.
