Delhi to train teachers in Indian knowledge systems at IITs: Sood
Delhi Education Minister Ashish Sood announced that 50 school teachers will be trained in India's Knowledge System at IIT-Mandi and IIT-Gandhinagar. The programme, launching in September, will cover Sanskrit, Vedas, Upanishads, Ayurveda, Yoga, and more. Sood said, "By training teachers in these areas, the aim is to foster a stronger connection between students and their cultural roots."
