DGCA issues statement on Air India plane crash in Ahmedabad
The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has released a statement after an Air India plane crashed in Ahmedabad. The DGCA said that the UK-bound plane crashed into a residential area five minutes after take off. The plane’s pilot in command is Sumit Sabharwal and co-pilot is Clive Kunder, it added. Further, there were 230 passengers and 10 crew members.
