Don't pressurise Booth-Level Officers: UP CEO amid SIR deaths
Uttar Pradesh Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) Navdeep Rinwa asked District Election Officers (DEOs) to ensure that staff, particularly Booth Level Officers (BLOs), do not feel any unnecessary mental pressure or rush to meet deadlines. He stated there is enough time to finish remaining work. His remarks come amid deaths of BLOs, most of whom allegedly died of "SIR work stress".
