EC to visit Bihar on October 4-5 to review poll preparedness
The Election Commission (EC), led by CEC Gyanesh Kumar, will visit Patna on October 4-5 to take stock of poll preparedness in Bihar, officials said. The visit will take place days after the new voters' list, based on the SIR in Bihar, will be published. Notably, it's usual for the poll authority to visit states before announcing the poll schedule.
