Electronic Arts, the videogame maker behind 'FC' and 'Battlefield', is reportedly in advanced talks to go private in a roughly $50 billion deal. A group of investors, including Silver Lake, Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund and Jared Kushner's Affinity Partners, could unveil a deal for the company next week. If finalised, it would be the largest leveraged buyout in history.
