Emergency windows weren't working: Hyd-B'luru bus crash survivor
Shiva, a passenger onboard the Hyderabad-Bengaluru bus that caught fire after hitting a bike, said the emergency windows weren't working. "Some of us managed to break the windows...and jump out," he said. Most passengers were asleep when the incident happened and learned about it only after the fire broke out, he added. At least 20 people died in the accident.
