Employee shares 'contrasting' leave request replies from Indian, Japanese bosses
In a Reddit post, an employee compared the "contrasting" responses of Indian and Japanese managers to a leave request. Both approved the leave, but the employee said the Indian boss acted "as if he's doing me a personal favour". The Japanese manager said, "Please be careful on your way home", while the Indian manager stated, "Please be online on Teams."
