Exercising 150 mins per week could help reverse prediabetes: Study
At least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise per week can help reverse prediabetes, according to study published in Cardiovascular Diabetology – Endocrinology Reports. Scientists studied 130 prediabetic adults and encouraged them to make lifestyle changes. Those who exercised 150 minutes weekly were over four times more likely to have normal blood sugar levels than those who exercised less.
