At least 23 people have been killed in an explosion at a discount store in Mexico's Sonora. "Sadly, a number of the victims we've found were minors," the state's governor Alfonso Durazo said in a video message. Images in local media showed the front of the discount store charred by fire due to the explosion, with windows blown out.
