India all-rounder Shardul Thakur said he is eyeing the eighth position in Team India, which might be open for a bowling all-rounder for the upcoming 2027 ODI World Cup. "My preparation is such that if tomorrow, I am asked to play international cricket, I'm ready for that," he added. Shardul last played an ODI for India on October 19, 2023.
