Fact Check: Pic of Harris with Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is altered
A 2001 photo of Kamala Harris with talk show host Montel Williams was digitally altered to show her standing next to rapper Sean "Diddy" Combs. The image surfaced online following Combs' arrest on 16 September over charges of sex trafficking. The original picture, taken on 18 May 2001, actually features Harris alongside Williams and his daughter, Ashley Williams, not Combs.
