Father-son duo booked for ₹31.26 crore scam in Mumbai
A father-son duo and their company, M/s Ranbir Real Estate & Developers, have been booked by Andheri Police for allegedly cheating 18 investors of ₹31.26 crore. They promised 18% annual returns on a redevelopment project, paid interest until September 2024, then stopped payments and avoided repaying the principal. The EOW is investigating the case.
